Description

Request for Quotation to furnish the following equipment for a firm, fixed price requirements contract: Gas Ranges (Stoves) and Refrigerators for Army Family Housing at Fort Gordon, Georgia. Annual requirements are estimated for 40 ranges and 80 refrigerators. Actual quantities to be delivered will be designated by issuance of monthly delivery orders for a period of one year from date of award, with options to extend for two one-year periods. Requirement includes pickup and removal of old appliances from the delivery location at the time deliveries are made. Delivery is to be FOB destination within 14 calendar days of order. SIC 3632 (1000 employees) NAICS 335222. Quotation documents may be requested by email or facsimile message to (706) 791-3896 referencing this RFQ number. Quotes will be due not later than 12 Dec 00, 4:00 PM local time. Facsimile quotes will be accepted; however, offerors are responsible for ensuring timely and appropriate receipt. Offerors are advised to verify amendments issued prior to submitting their quotes. In accordance with DFARS 52.204-7004 regarding Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prospective contractors must be registered in the CCR database prior to award of contract.
