Tel: (216)522-7795 Fax: (216)522-8166. *Scope of Work includes but is not limited to provide all labor, materials, equipment and supervision to perform janitorial and related services. This procurement is a small business set aside. Women owned businesses and businesses located in hubzone areas are encouraged to participate. The term of the contract is a base year and 4 one year options. The NAICS Code formally known as the (SIC) Code is 561720 with a size standard of $12. million. Request for Proposals will be available on or about 12/06/2000. This is a negotiated procurement, the number of proposals received, the identity of offers, the amount of any offer or relative standing of any offer will not be disclosed.
