Quantity 44,886 pair-delivery 180 days after date of award-Two delivery destinations as follows: New Cumberland, PA 17070-5002 and Phoeniz, AZ 85009-4729. Three pair first article required 60 days after award. Past procurement history-Ivy Emblem Corp 97 May 30, 39760 pr @$2.23. Buy American Act applies. All material to be furnished by the contractor.
