Description

Subject Request for Quote is for commercial items and is being processed in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6. It is being issued as an RFQ using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) authorized in Subpart 12.5, Testing Program for Certain Commercial Items. Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma WA intends to establish a firm fixed-price contract for part time services of an ordained Roman Catholic Priest to provide chaplain services for the Department of Ministry and Pastoral Care for a one year period beginning on or about 01 January 2001 through 31 December 2001. The contractor shall conduct Mass and administer Sacraments in accordance with the dictates of the Roman Catholic Church. Services shall also include providing routine pastoral visitations to inpatients during duty hours and emergency on-call visitation to inpatients during non-duty hours. The Request for Quote (RFQ) number is DADA13-01-T-0014, the NAICS code is 813110 and the size standard is $5.0M. This procurement is 100% set aside for small business. The successful quoter must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration Database.
