- Description
- The Officer in Charge requires all labor, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, incidental engineering, and transportation necessary to provide maintenance and repair services for the Building Automated Systems at the Naval Medical Center. All service technicians must have attended the Johnson Controls Institute and must have received training and certification for maintenance and operation of the Johnson Controls Metasys systems. Johnson Controls, Inc., 2730 Ayliff Road, Norfolk, Virginia 23513, is the only known source that can meet this requirement. This proposed contract action is for the services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source, Johnson Controls, Inc., under authority of FAR 6.302.
