Description

The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor and material to remove, rebuild and install one each engine for a 1975 Model D8k, serial number 77V1140, Caterpillar full track tractor. One site inspection will be held on 7 December 2000 at 9:00 A.M. Eastern Standard Time and all interested parties shall meet in the Contracting Office in building 2 south west, Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA 17201. The contractor will accomplish pick-up and delivery of the D8K tractor. NAICS Code is 81131, Size Standard $5,000,000.00. This procurement is unrestricted and all offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry. Written quotations will be accepted by fax no later than 1:00 P.M. Eastern Standard Time, 15 December 2000. Anticipated award will be made 18 December 2000. All responsible sources may submit a quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Only written requests for the solicitation will be accepted and can be obtained by faxing number 717-267-9834. The Service Contract Act of 1965, As Amended is applicable and the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Determination will be incorporated into any subsequent purchase order.
