Description

Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers located at Lebanon and Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania are soliciting for a contractor to provide health care, medical facilities, medical equipment and supplies, short-term pharmaceutical prescriptions and administrative functions to fulfill level of care and range of services. The geographical area covered by this contract includes Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. All enrolled patients must reside within Schuylkill County, Pennsylvania. The CBOC will provide the required services to veteran beneficiaries of both the Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers located in Lebanon and Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania. Each facility will be limited to a maximum of 2,000 enrolled patients (total). The base period of this contract will be for a period of one year with four renewal options available to the Government.
