This is a modification to the original notice issued November 15, 2000 with Submission No. 5067E7. The notice is modified to include the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code of Engineering Services under 541330 (formerly SIC Code 8711). The geographic location may be anywhere within the US Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Northwestern Division boundaries. It also corrects information regarding the issuance of the solicitation to read: The solicitation shall be available through INTERNET ACCESS ONLY. Interested parties are required to register for the solicitation through the website. All solicitation documents and amendments to the solicitation shall be posted to the website. It shall be the proposer's responsibility to check the website for any amendments.
