Description

Work consists of, but is not limited to, furnishing all labor, plant, material and equipment necessary to renovate and expand an existing 1706 sq. ft. building constructed in the early 1960's and currently under contract for additional renovation scheduled for completion in January 2001. Work includes the addition of approximately 4100 sq. ft. of new area, outside parking and landscaping. Construction to be residential type, slab-on-grade, wood or metal frame, air-conditioned and heated, with brick veneer exterior walls. The address is 1708 Lafayette Avenue, Niagara Falls, New York.
