Description

The purpose of this notice is to inform all parties that the United States Army Corps of Engineers, Huntington District, Huntington, West Virginia, intends to enter into a sole source contract with Holley Brothers Construction Company for a continuation of the installation of water lines in Mercer County, West Virginia. This project is being cost shared with the Oakvale Road Public Service District (ORPSD). This contract is being awarded as a sole source procurement due to the urgency of the project in relation to the current construction season.
