Description

The 21st Constracting Squadron at Peterson AFB, CO intends to solicit by full and open competition for the construction of a 5 building, 30 unit Transient Living Facility (TLF) and 1 service building, Project Number TDKA 00-5000. The 5 TLF buildings will be one story structures consisting of 32,216 square feet. The Service building will be one story and consist of 1,112 square feet. The specification and drawings will specify the work in detail. This solicitation is a Request For Proposal -- Price Performance Trade-Off (PPT). The NAICS code is 233220. The size standard is 27.5M. The magnitude of this project is between 1.0M and 5.0M. The period of performance is 360 calendar days after issuance of Notice To Proceed. This is a nonappropriated fund purchase and it does not obligate appropriated funds of the United States Government. Nonappropriated funds are generated by the military community through the sale of goods and services and the collection of fees and charges for participation in military community programs. This purchase does not involve federal tax dollars. The release of the solicitation package (including the specification and drawings) has yet to be determined, but is anticipated on or about 8 December 2000.
