Description

Contractor is to provide all labor, materials, parts, tools, equipment, supervision and all other incidentals necessary for Rehabilitation of the Callahan House. The work consists of: -- removal of kitchen cabinets, countertops, one interior kitchen vent duct, and kitchen wall framing above existing cabinets; -- construction of new wall framing and finished wall surface above existing kitchen cabinets; -- removal and replacement of kitchen and bathroom ceilings, wood lattice work, gutters and downspouts, steel grates, sliding screen doors, cistern cover and light fixtures; -- remove interior partition wall and attached screens and door; restore interior surfaces to like-new condition; -- paint main floor interior including walls, ceilings, doors and closet interiors; -- paint lower floor exterior wall, rake and fascia on sunshade structure and gable ends of residence; -- application of termicide to residence and guest house; -- application of herbicide; -- masonry and concrete crack repair for slabs, walls and sidewalks; -- miscellaneous carpentry to repair ceiling penetrations, one door frame, fascia board and areas requiring demolition.
