Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulations document (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and following the simplified acquisition procedures in FAR part 13.5. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation: proposals are being requested and A WRITTEN SOLICITATION WILL NOT BE ISSUED. Solicitation number 6TSA-01-JMT-0032 is being issued as a request for proposals (RFP). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-14. This procurement is for the following: CLIN 1: echoLINK Image Acquisition Unit , includes 14" LCD Display, 1024 x 768 Resolution, Pentium III, 550 MHz., 256 MB RAM, 9 GB HD, 3.5 MO Drive, MPAEL100, QTY. 3; CLIN 2: Arcman Library Management Software, MPAS300, QTY. 3; CLIN 3: echoLINK Review Station, includes 21" Color Display, 1280 x 1024 Resolution, Pentium III, 650 MHz, 256 MB RAM, 9 GB HD, 3.5 MO Drive, 48 x CD Drive, EchoLINK Report System,, MPAEL200, QTY. 2; CLIN 4: echoLINK Stress Echo Software, Note: required for both Image Acquisition & Review Stations, MPAS100, QTY. 1; CLIN 5: Review Station Mobile Cart, MPAA200, QTY. 2; CLIN 6: echoLINK RAID Server, includes 15" Color Display, 1024 x 768 Resolution, Pentium III, 733 MHz, 256 MB RAM, Dual 18 GB Mirrored Swappable RAID System, 133 MHz BUS, 48 x CD Drive, UPS, MPAEL400, QTY. 1; CLIN 7: echoLINK MO Library System includes 166 GB Capacity 5.2 GB MO, 32 MO Jukebox, 15" Color Display, 1024 x 768 Resolution, Pentium III, 550 MHz, 256 MB RAM, 9 GB HD, 3.5 MO Drive, 48x CD Drive, MPAEL300, QTY. 1; CLIN 8: CHCS Interface Software, I-REP-CONT, QTY. 1; CLIN 9: Travel & Per Diem for installation & training in Honolulu & Guam, qty. 2; CLIN 10: Echo Technicians Training In Honolulu (6 days), QTY. 6; CLIN 11: Systems Administrator Training in Honolulu (2 days), QTY. 2; CLIN 12: On-site Installation charges (2 days per site), QTY. 6; CLIN 13: On-Site Training charges (2 days per location), QTY. 4. This purchase is for the Department of the Army in Honolulu, HI. Please include all requirements on quotations. No partial quotes. No substitutions. Indicate FOB destination on quote (shipping included in price). The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors, applies to this acquisition. Evaluation is based on best value including past performance, cost and ability to meet service requirements. Offerors shall include a completed copy of the provision at FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items, with its offer. The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. In addition to the guidance contained in FAR 52.212-4, contractors shall submit proof of delivery with their invoices. Proof of delivery may be in the form of a bill of lading or other shipping document signed by the receiving office. Invoices received without proof of delivery will not be accepted. The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition.
