Description

The Internal Revenue Service intends to issue a purchase order on a sole source basis to Matthew Bender & Co., Inc., Albany, NY, to purchase subscriptions of specialized business/tax publications. All responsible sources that can provide the above requirement shall submit a written request for list of the publications by facsimile at 202/283-1511, mail, or email Deborah.J.Robertson@irs.gov. Written quotations shall be submitted within 15 days from the published date of this announcement. This is not 100% small business set aside for small business concerns. No solicitation will be issued therefore such requests for solicitations will be considered non-responsive. All quotes shall include price(s); FOB Point; a POC (Name and Telephone Number); GSA Number if applicable; business size and payment terms. Quotes over 10 pages in total will not be accepted by facsimile. All questions must be submitted in writing as referenced above.
