Description

The Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR) intends to award a sole-source delivery order against ITSS BPA #N00039-98-A-3008 to TDS, Incorporated. Contractor will provide installation project support to SPAWAR Resource Management Department (Code 04R) in the areas of installation planning and installation preparation. Contractor will also support the direction, coordination, and execution of all SPAWAR Code PMW 179 systems onboard FMP ships and ashore. The required efforts are to: 1) provide support to implement installation requirements, analyze technical tradeoffs, and recommend installation requirements solutions; 2) identify customer requirements and differences between the established installation programs; 3) provide Installation Project Management to SPAWAR Code 04R; and 4) perform planning, scheduling, engineering, and technical services for SPAWAR systems integration -- providing technical representation with all SPAWAR activities, the Fleet and Type Commanders, Pacific maintenance activities, AIT teams, and shipyards. Contractor must comprehend all SPAWAR Code PMW 179 programs, their interdependencies, and the execution of processes that support the programs. Contractor must also retain a high level of proficiency on IT21 matrix documentation and processes and completely understand all shore and other non-IT21 matrices. The period of this performance for this order will be for ten months from the date of award. This request is considered to be sole source to TDS Incorporated, therefore, no solicitation will result from this announcement.
