- The Defense Supply Service-Washington intends to issue a purchase order to Remedy Corporation, 5924 Stoneridge Drive, Pleasanton, CA 94588, to acquire full service maintenance for Remedy software. This maintenance will support the Office of the Secretary of Defense (OSD) Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) Personnel and Security (P&S) help desk tracking system. Support includes 24 business hour response, telephone support, e-mail support, web access, knowledge base and software updates. This notice will be posted for 10 days.
