Description

The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor and materials to perform assessment, screening, counseling and referral on cases identified by the Employee Assistance Program. The cases will require assistance in the following areas: violence in the work place, stress management, suicide prevention and substance abuse. The contractor will be required to give assistance in biochemical testing. Place of performance is Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA, 17201-4150. The contract will be awarded as an Indefinite Delivery Contract. The contract will be for one base year and four option years. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered.
