Description

An OMB Circular A-76 Cost Study of Operations and Support Services at Keesler Air Force Base (KAFB), Biloxi, Mississippi was announced to Congress in September 1999. This acquisition is being conducted on a best value basis. The Draft Performance Requirements Document (PRD) and Draft Request for Proposal (RFP) are available by accessing www.eps.gov. Please note that these documents are drafts and will be undergoing numerous corrections and changes. Therefore, potential bidders should not rely on these drafts to build their proposals. Comments regarding these draft documents will be accepted at this time in the format dictated in Section J of the draft RFP. Email is the preferred method of communication.
