Proposals will be received by 4:00 p.m., December 14, 2000 for contracting the following Professional Medical Services at the Old Dominion Job Corps Center, 1073 Father Judge Road, Monroe, Virginia 24574: Center Physician -- 9 hours maximum per week Center Dentist -- 20 hours maximum per week Center Mental Health Physician -- 8 hours maximum per week Center Nurse Practicioner -- 4 hours maximum per week Bid specifications will be mailed upon written request or may be picked up at the center. Interested parties are to determine their offer(s) based on the specifications.
