Description

The Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA), Office of Pipeline Safety, has a requirement for the collection of drinking water and ecological data using a geographic information system (GIS) for all 50 states to identify and locate unusually sensitive areas (USA's) where significant or critical environmental damage would result from a hazardous liquid pipeline accident. A five-year cost reimbursable, IDIQ contract is planned with an estimated value of $5 million over the life of the contract.
