- Description
- The Research and Special Programs Administration (RSPA), Office of Pipeline Safety, has a requirement for the collection of drinking water and ecological data using a geographic information system (GIS) for all 50 states to identify and locate unusually sensitive areas (USA's) where significant or critical environmental damage would result from a hazardous liquid pipeline accident. A five-year cost reimbursable, IDIQ contract is planned with an estimated value of $5 million over the life of the contract. A copy of this solicitation will be available electronically in approximately 15 days after this posting, website http://www.rspa.dot.gov, under Procurement Opportunities. No paper copies of the solicitation will be made available. This procurement is set aside for small businesses only.
