Description

The work of this project is the custodial maintenance of the buildings and trash pickup at Minute Man National Historical Park, Concord, MA. This work consists of the cleaning of public areas and park offices along with trash pickup from various locations around park grounds. Cleaning of park buildings includes vacuuming, dusting, sweeping and washing floors, cleaning bathrooms and stocking supplies, and emptying interior and exterior trash containers. The government shall supply all cleaning and paper supplies, and the contractor shall provide equipment such as vacuum cleaners, waxers, buffers, etc. The solicitation is for a base year from 2/01/01 through 10/31/01, with four option years.
