Description

This is a solicitation notice. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business Concerns. The Contractor shall provide all coordination, equipment, labor, management, material, supplies, supervision, and transportation necessary to perform grounds maintenance services. Work shall include but not limited to turf mowing, shrub and hedge maintenance, fenceline maintenance, cutting of leaning branches, and herbicide treatment. This procurement is a combination firm fixed-price and indefinite quantity type contract. Contract term shall be for a base year and four option periods of up to 12 months each.
