Description

US Government is seeking to lease office and related space consisting of approx 15,000 sq ft of contiguous rentable space. Rentable space must yield 13,000 occupiable sq ft, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishings and equipment. Unique Requirements -- Secured parking of a minimum of 14 spaces. Location: Witin a 5 block radius of the new Courthouse, 1133 N. Shoreline Blvd. Lease term: 15 year term with termination rights to the Gov after 10 years. Occupancy: Space should be ready for occupancy by 6/1/01. The space will be occupied by the US Attorneys.
