Description

The United States Postal Service is completing final site and building plans for a new leased building of 4,535 gross SF on an uncontrolled site of approximately 23,940 gross SF in Crested Butte CO, for lease back to the Postal Service for a basic lease term of twenty (20) years plus two (2) five-year renewal options. Offerors will be required to purchase the site, execute a lease with construction rider, construct the specified building and lease it back to the Postal Service. Any award made under this solicitation will be made to the responsible offeror who provides the best overall value to the Postal Service. This is NOT a sealed bid advertisement, and proposals will NOT be publicly opened. Solicitation packages will be available on or about November 21, 2000. Please identify your request with the solicitation number.
