Description

The project is title is changed to read: FAA and BLM Paint and Carpet. The changed scope of work consists of interior painting and re-carpeting of the third floor, fourth floor and FAA space located in Module G annex in the Federal Building/US Courthouse, Anchorage AK. Work will consist of, but not limited to painting approximately 136,671 square feet of office space, removing and replacing approximately 17,363 liner feet of government furnished cove base and removing and replacing approximately 19,883 square yards of Government furnished carpet tiles. Work includes moving systems furniture, files and freestanding furniture. Magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. Parties who have previously submitted a request for plans and specification need not resubmit.
