Description

The Naval Sea Systems Command, Coastal Systems Station, Panama City, Florida intends to issue a sole-source purchase order to The Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company (PSEMC) for the acquisition of 500 cartridges for the Landing Craft Air Cushion (LCAC) fire extinguisher system. The LCAC fire extinguisher cartridge is part number 2102740-3. The process to manufacture the BNCP explosive is proprietary to the Pacific Scientific Energetic Material Company. The Pacific Scientific Energetic Materials Company has been approved to provide the cartridges to the U.S. Navy. NAICS is 332992. Note 22 applies.
