NSN: 4030-01-467-1005, Release Hook, Modified, Part No. APR-356-CBH, USCG Mods, Quantity 13 Each. Delivery shall be F.O.B. Destination, USCG Engineering Logistics Center Warehouse Annex, 6751 Alexander Bell Drive, Columbia, MD 21045. Note: No drawings, specifications or schematics are available from this agency. It is anticipated that a non-competitive sole source purchase order will be issued to Cranston KY, Eerikinfolku 7, P.O. Box 14, Kotka 48401 Finland, or authorized distributor, unless additional sources are located. This action is being taken under the authority of 10 U.S. Code 2304 (c)(1) and in accordance with FAR 6-302-1, for acquisition of supplies from only one source when no other supplies will satisfy agency requirements. This notice is issued to post this requirement as a sole source combined synopsis/solicitation for modified commercial item in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Quotation No. DTCG40-01-Q-50018 shall include: proposed delivery in days, pricing for item individualy packed, marked and bar-coded, the company Tax Identification Number and DUNS Number, and FAR 52.212-3 Offeror Representations and Certifications_Commercial Items.
