Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation F45613-01-Q-0014 is issued as a request for quote, utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures in FAR Part 13. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 97-20. North American Industry Classification System Code 339920. Small business size standard is 500 employees. This is a small business set-aside. Unit Small Business specialist is Mr David Olson ((509) 247-4880); link to USAF Small Business, http://www.selltoairforce.org; link to SBA http://sba.gov; link to unit public information: http://www.fairchild.af.mil/lgcons. The contractor shall provide and install a variety of skatepark equipment as listed on the attached Pricing Schedule,which is incorporated as part of this solicitation and can be downloaded at link: http://www.eps.gov/, for use in the Fun Spot on Fairchild AFB. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (Mar 2000), applies to this acquisition. Offerors may submit their offer via mail or fax. FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation _ Commercial Items (Jan 1999) applies to this acquisition. The Government will award a contract resulting from this Request for Quote to the offeror whose offer provides best delivery and price. FAR 52.212-3, Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items (Feb 2000), and FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items (May 1999) apply to this acquisition.
