The military specification is MIL-C-29427B dated 11/21/94 with pattern dated 11/8/94. The purchase quantity is 6,264 with no additional options. The destination is New Cumberland, Pennsylvania. The delivery period is scheduled to begin 120 days after date of award with 8 deliveries. All materials used in the fabrication of the end item are to be furnished by the contractor with the exception of the basic fabric(Cloth, P/W Gab MC Sh 2212)which will be provided as GFM.
