Description

The term of this contract is for the period beginning January 1, 2001 and ending December 31, 2001 for Department of commerce (Census). These specifications cover the production of miscellaneous letters, forms, and flyers requiring such operations as copy pickup, film-making, printing, binding, packing, and distribution. Approximately 95 orders. Approximately 500 to 250,000 copies per order with an occasional order over 250,000 up to and including 700,000 copies. Print face only or face and back. Government to furnish: Electronic Media. Films. Camera copy consisting of line art, illustrations, mechanicals with overlays, and photoprints. Material to be picked up from and delivered to Suitland, MD. Deliver f.o.b. destination and mail f.o.b. contractor's city to various destinations. Production time 5 to 10 workdays. Telephone/Telegraph requests are not acceptable.
