Description

The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center, Norfolk Naval Shipyard Annex intends to contract for the rental of 1 each 200 TON Chilled Water Unit 120 minimum to 150 maximum ton capacity, air cooled, 460/480(v) with breaker to suit unit, furnished with 500 GPM Circulating Pump, capable of running 24 hours a day 7 days a week; able to supply 500 GPM at 95FT of head; inlet and outlet on unit should be 6 inch 150# flanged connections; furnished with 3 sections of 6 inch 25 FT long hose and adapters. Unit must be complete system and shall be outfitted with suitable attachments for overhead lifting. Rental period from approximately 2 February 2001 through 1 November 2001. This requirement will be accomplished in accordance with the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR Part 13. Material to be delivered to Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, VA 23709-5000. Response date for the submission of quotations will be established in the RFQ when issued. All requests for solictation packages will be via mail, e-mail, or expedited mail services only. FAX OR PHONE REQUESTS ARE NOT AUTHORIZED AND WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED. All request shall contain, at a minimum, the complete mailing address, telephone and fax number and point of contract.
