Description

The Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of the Inspector General through the Department of Treasury Bureau of Public Debt, its procuring agent, requires the following vehicles for lease to include 15,000 miles per car per year and all maintenance. 1) 1-Each 2001 Ford Windstar LX Minivan or equal. Equipment to include, at a minimum, V6 engine, front-wheel drive, AM/FM stereo cassette or CD, power steering, power brakes, intermittent wipers, rear window defroster, air conditioning, automatic overdrive transmission. 2) 1-Each 2001 Ford Expedition XLT 4X2 or equal. Equipment to include, at a minimum, V8 engine, AM/FM stereo cassette or CD, power steering, power brakes, intermittent wipers, rear window defroster, air conditioning. 3) 2-Each 2001 Ford Explorer XLT 4X4 or equal. Equipment to include, at a minimum, V6 engine, AM/FM stereo cassette or CD, power steering, power brakes, intermittent wipers, rear window defroster, air conditioning. 4) 2-Each 2001 Ford Taurus SE or equal. Equipment to include, at a minimum, V6 engine, AM/FM stereo cassette or CD, power steering, power brakes, intermittent wipers, rear window defroster, air conditioning. 5) 1-Each 2001 Ford F-150 Crew Cab XLT 4X4 or equal. Equipment to include, at a minimum, V8 engine, AM/FM stereo cassette or CD, power steering, power brakes, intermittent wipers, rear window defroster, air conditioning. Lease period shall be for one-year period from date of award through twelve months with one option period for an additional 12 months. All vehicles shall be licensed and registered to the leasing company with no trace to HUD OIG. WE ANTICIPATE RELEASING THE SOLICITATION ON NOVEMBER 30, 2000. We will post the solicitation to EPS when it is released.
