Description

N68950-01-Q-3709, Replace AC in Building 3224 at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane, Indiana. This solicitation will be issued as a performance contract, best value basis with technical and price proposals required. Technical proposals will be evaluated on the factors listed in the solicitation and will include past performance in similar work, performance narrative, project schedule and equipment submittals. Work includes demolish old air conditioning system and replace with new. Work will include packaged air conditioning, ductwork, electrical work, air balancing, concrete work and control work complete and ready to use. Estimated Cost Range: Under $50,000. This proposed contract listed here is an unrestricted procurement. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is #235110 Plumbing, Heating & AC contractors. The Small Business Business Size standard is $11.5 million. Approximate release date is November 28, 2000. Proposals will be due on December 11, 2000, 4:00 PM Crane, Indiana Local Time. This RFQ will be released via the Internet. All prospective offerors and plan rooms must be register on the website. This RFQ will be available for viewing and downloading at http://www.esol.navfac.navy.mil. The official Planholders list will be maintained and can be printed from the website only. Amendments will be posted on the website for downloading.
