Description

The Overton Brooks VAMC is seeking an Architect Firm who possesses experience in Hospital Operating Room Design, to design an addition to the existing Operating Room Suite. This project will provide design and construction to add four new modern OR rooms and a sterile central core (approximately 6,500 square feet) adjacent to the present surgery suite. The expansion will be design over an existing second floor structure. The design shall incorporate phasing during construction while the existing OR suite remains in operations. Design work will include Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, etc. The NAICS is 54131, Size Standard 4.0 million. Estimated cost range is between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000.
