This notice amends CBDNet postings 490516 and 490534 of August 25, 2000. The projects posted separately at that time have been combined in this announcement. As a result, solicitation SP0833-01-Q-0045 has been cancelled and offers for service at the Scotia Depot and Voorheesville Storage Site, New York, are now solicited under SP0833-01-Q-0044. See separate CBDNet posting this date. Previous requests for the Scotia/Voorheesville solicitation will be honored under the new number. No telephone requests will be honored.
