Description

The Department of Veteran's Affairs, North Texas Veterans Health Care System has a requirement for a contractor to provide Quarterly and Annual Testing and Inspections on the Fire Sprinkler Systems Located at the Dallas Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Dallas, TX and the Sam Rayburn Veterans Affairs Medical Center, Bonham, TX. In addition to inspecting and testing the "Sprinkler Fire Alarm Systems" the contractor shall test and inspect all Fire pumps, Pre-action Systems, both Wet and Dry, Flow valves and tamper Systems, and Standpipes. The work shall be performed in accordance with NFPA-13 and NFPA-25. The Contract performance time will be from January 1, 2001 through December 31, 2001 with four Renewal Options of (1) year each.
