- The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI), intends to award a solesource contract to Blue Ridge Networks, located in Chantilly, Va. for maintenance and service for BorderGuard Security Routers. Maintenance must includes: 2 24x7 Phone Support, 4-hour call back response time commitment, Software updates and fixes and 30-day hardware repair services.
