- This notice amends CBDNet postings 490516 and 490534 of August 25, 2000. The projects posted separately at that time have been combined in this announcement. The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA), Defense National Stockpile Center (DNSC), is soliciting quotations under FAR Parts 12 and 13.5, from offerors to provide all labor, tools, equipment, parts materials and incidentals to accomplish maintenance and repairs to the high and low voltage systems at the New York DNSC Binghamton and Scotia Depots and the Voorheesville Storage Site. The facilities operate on standard commercial power. Contractors are encouraged to review the site(s) prior to offering and are required, at time of offer, to furnish proof of professional certifications, licenses and ability to accomplish the full range of required services in accordance with the solicitation and with all current, related state and federal statutes and codes. DNSC plans to award no more than one contract for the Binghamton Depot and no more than one contract for the Scotia and Voorheesville locations together. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price, requirements-type, with a base performance period from 1/1/01 through 9/30/01, and four one-year options. The proposed contracts are 100% set-aside for small business concerns under NAICS Code 235310. Award will be based on best value to the Government, where, in descending order of importance, technical experience, history of past performance, qualifications of key personnel and price, will be considered. REQUESTS FOR THE SOLICITATION MAY BE SUBMITTED BY FACSIMILE TO (703) 767-5484 OR VIA EMAIL TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS BELOW AND SHOULD SPECIFY # SP0833-01-Q-0044, AS WELL AS THIS SYNOPSIS CITE.
