Description

The Nuclear Cities Initiative (NCI) and the Iniativie for Proliferation Prevention (IPP) of the National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA) intends to issue a sole-source contract to GNG Enterprise, for scientific, technical, logistics and Russian Language support. The proposed effort involves identifying opportunities for NCI project development, project proposal reviews, strategic planning and development exercises and assisting various working groups. The contractor will provide technical support and scientific expertise to the programs for specific project areas. The proposed services are required to support NCI and IPP's mission to address issues faced by the closed nuclear cities of the former Soviet Union through development of market opportunities. The cost-reimbursement contract period of performance will be a twenty-four month base period, with three, twelve month option periods. It is anticipated that a total of 7,500 Direct Productive Labor Hours will be utilized over the 60 months period. There will be no formal Request for Proposal issued for this action.
