- Description
- The U.S. Army Tank-Automotive and Armament Command, Armament Research, Development and Engineering Center (TACOM-ARDEC) has a requirement for 60 each off the shelf AT4-CS Weapon systems, NATO Stock Number (NSN) 1340-14-478-4618 with a NATO Hazard Classification 1.1E. The Government intends to award, on a sole-source basis to SAAB Bofors Dynamics, Karlskoga, Sweden. The resulting contractual action will be accomplished using Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as outlined in FAR Part 13. Notes 22 and 26 apply.
