Description

COVER, FITTED, VEHICULAR. PR YPC00298000325, NSN 2540-01-198-7409. Consists of 14 each stakes, nuts and bolts, 7 each bows, 2 each end curtains and straps, and 1 each tarpaulin. Used on HEMTT Heavy Transport Tractor. In accordance with Defense Supply Center Columbus drawing CS-2540-SV-0718. First Article Test applies. ISO 9002 or "Tailored Program applies. Quantity 148 each (41 each to be delivered to Tracy, CA; 107 each to be delivered to New Cumberland, PA.) Delivery required within 220 days. Quotations must be submitted in written form. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. See Note(s) 9, 26, and 27. This solicitation is an RFP or IFB and will be available on the Internet at http://dibbs.dscccols.com/Rfp on its issue date of December 27, 2000. Hard copies of this solicitation are not available. The Small Business size standard is 750 employees. Drawings are posted with the solicitation on the DSCC solicitation web-site. FEDERAL, MILITARY AND COMMERCIAL SPECIFICATIONS CANNOT BE PROVIDED BY DSCC. Proposed procurement contains a 100 % option for increased quantities. While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based upon a combination of price, delivery, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
