See numbered Notes 1 and 9. NSN: 8465-01-131-7921, MIL-S-44220. This acquisition is for a quantity of 1,004 units. Destination is New Cumberland, PA. Production lead time is 120 days. Solicitation shall be issued on an unrestricted basis. Best value source selection procedures will be utilized. The following evaluation factors shall be used: production demonstration models (PDMs), past performance, and business mentoring agreements.
