See numbered Notes 9 and 26. Qty: 5000 Ea (Minimum); 10000 Ea Maximum, and two (2) Term Options. Ten (10) deliveries, commencing 180 days after date of award. Destinations are New Cumberland, Pa DD and San Joaquin DD, Tracy, Ca. This is an Indefinite Delivery Type (IDTC) Acquisition utilizing Best Value Source Selection Procedures, with five (5) Evaluation factors in descending order of importance as follows: 1) Product Demonstration Model, 2) Experience/Past Performance, 3)Socio- economic Considerations, 4) DLA Mentoring Business Agreements and 5) Javits-Wagner-O'Day Act Entity. Anticipated Solicitation Issuance date is is 18 Dec 00. This is an Unrestricted ACquisition with 10% Hub Zone Evaluation preference.
