Description

Continue the investigation of the contribution of complex radio frequency waveforms on reducing susceptibility to passive detection and evaluate the impacts of incorporating complex waveforms into an off-the-shelf coherent radar system. An option will be included to complete the prototyping and conduct a real-time demonstration of the system. The United States Special Operations Command intends to award the contract on a sole source basis to Northrop Grumman Corporation, Baltimore, MD, pursuant to FAR 6.302-1.
