Description

The Bureau of Land Management (BLM) has a requirement for evaluating the classifications and grade levels of its field manager positions. This procurement requires on-site visits to the field office locations, evaluations of the proper series, title, and grades of BLM's field managers, and the preparation of written advisory evaluations. Minimum personnel qualifications for contract award consists of five years of federal government position classification experience. This procurement will be a small business set aside (see Note 1). The applicable NAICS code is 541612, which provides a small business size standard of less than $5.0 million in annual receipts. Solicitation is anticipated to be available by COB November 29.
