Description

The following engineering design work is related to Project 648-02-104 " Energy Conservation, Phase 6" at both Vancouver & Portland Divisions of the Portland VA Medical Center. Contractor shall provide Mechanical, Electrical and Energy Engineering design services, including analysis of previously completed energy and water conservation surveys, to develop energy conservation measure/projects that have a simple payback of less than sever years. The primary goal of this project is to implement water conservation measures. Interested parties desiring consideration must submit their SF-254 & SF-255 no later than 3:00 p.m. on December 29, 2000. The construction cost range is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000. NIACS (replaced SIC as of October 1, 2000) code for this project is 54133. This project is a 100% set-aside for small emerging business. A small emerging business is one whose average annual receipts over past 3 years is less than $2 million. Area of consideration is limited to a 50-mile radius of the Portland VA Medical Center. This is not a request for proposal.
