Description

The following engineering design work is related to Project 648-02-107 " Upgarde Electrical Distribution System" at Vancouver Division of the Portland VA Medical Center. Contractor shall provide Load Study, investigative survey, preliminary & subsequent detailed cost estimate, design development, as-built drawings and construction period services for the upgrade of the primary high voltage (15000 Volt) distribution system. Interested parties desiring consideration must submit their SF-254 & SF-255 no later than 3:00 p.m. on December 29, 2000. The construction cost range is estimated between $250,000 and $500,000. NIACS (replaced SIC as of October 1, 2000) code for this project is 54133. This project is a 100% set-aside for small emerging business. A small emerging business is one whose average annual receipts over past 3 years is less than $2 million. Area of consideration is limited to a 50-mile radius of the Portland VA Medical Center. This is not a request for proposal.
