Description

M*-Commercial Activities Study (conducted pursuant to Office of Management and Budget Circular No. A-76) of the U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Sam Houston, Texas. The solicitation requires services to be performed in the following functional areas: General Management; Information Technology Services; Administrative Services; Human Resources; Operations and Maintenance; Engineering and Support Services; Housing; Environmental; Supply; Transportation Services; Plans, Programs, Operations and Mobilization; Logistics Maintenance; Field Training Area Management; Public Affairs Office; Resource Management and Provost Marshall Support Services. The solicitation is expected to be a Cost Plus Award Fee contract. There will be a transition period prior to commencement of contract performance. The period of performance is expected to run from the end of the transition period for a basic and four one-year option periods. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about 15 December 2000. The solicitation will only be accessible electronically at http://a76fsh.amedd.army.mil.
