Description

The Office of Naval Research has a requirement for technical and management support services. The services required are for preliminary planning and support of a concept definition for the integration, design, and the logistic support requirements of an airship for use with the Littoral Airborne Sensor Hyperspectral. It is ONR's intention to negotiate this on a sole source basis with Science Technology International, Inc., Honolulu, HI, which designed the LASH. It is anticipated that this requirement will be under SAP and the period of performance will be two (2) months.
