Description

The New York District plans to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price COntract to the firms of Burns and Roe to continue the design of renovations for the Visitor Information Center to a concept design (35%) This contract must be sole source procured to Burns and Roe in order to assess and insure A/E design liability and responsibility and meet the project's tight scheduling requirements. No contract will be awarded on the basis of offers received in response to this notice, but will be used to determine if a comparable source of offerors are available and more advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received a contract will be awardede without further notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government
